What to Expect
Going somewhere for the first time isn't always easy so we thought we'd give you a flavour of what to expect from our live events.
The very first thing we'll ask of you is simple: ‘relax, you're with friends'!
Even if you've never been in church before, you don't have to worry about being picked out as a ‘new person' or finding yourself "volunteered" to make cakes for the annual jumble sale.
But what you will find is...

Whether you're single, married, single again, with or without children - no matter where you've been or what you've done - we invite you to experience the difference here. Every event provides a unique opportunity to meet people, worship God and hear more about Him.
Free Refreshments
Before and after every event there is an opportunity to get to know people over a cup of delicious coffee or choose from 12 varieties of tea. The atmosphere in the foyer is friendly and inviting, a place where people of all backgrounds and all ages can meet and find acceptance.
Music
Most of our music comes from the latest Hillsong albums from Sydney, London and Hillsong United. The powerful songs from Hillsong church are sung all over the world each and every week. We usually play a number of great songs, fast and slow, all lead by our in-house band with their own unique brand of alternative rock. The words are displayed on two large screens so that everyone can feel a part of the event. With lights, haze and stunning visual effects, the atmosphere is electric.
Media
Video media is an integral part of our service, we open with a video that inspires people to worship God and throughout the event we play videos that are produced by our very own media team (click here for examples).
Messages
We believe in purpose, a reason for being, therefore our messages aim to inspire you to reach the potential that God has given you. We speak in contemporary language that everyone can understand and relate to and we always give people an opportunity to make a response and move forward in some way (click here for examples).
