Picnic in the Park
Time: 10.30 – 3pm (Rugby from 10.30pm, Kids Zone from 12.30pm)
Venue: Earlham High School Playing Fields (Directions)

This summer we will be enjoying the sunshine on Earlham high school playing fields at this year's Picnic in the Park and we have got some great stuff planned for the whole family.
Throughout the afternoon there will be cricket matches, touch rugby games, croquet, garden games and a giant tug of war, along with face-painting, a bouncy castle, lots of great company and much more!
There will be a variety of summery snacks available including strawberries and cream, real lemonade, and an ice-cream van throughout the afternoon.

Magnificent 7s Rugby Tournament
After the success of the Magnificent 7’s rugby tournament last year it returns again this year for an even more exciting competition. The competition will kick off at 10.30am and run through untill 12.30pm. There will prizes for the winners and runners up.
If you want to get involved in a team or put one together email Richard.
If you are putting a team together we need teams of 10 (includes 3 subs). Email us with details of your team including the name and contact number of your team captain, and the names of your team members.
Teams will be required to provide their own gum shields and shirts. Team members must be over 18 and there is a charge of £10 per team.
Treasure Island Kids Zone
We have a fun packed programme for kids aged 3 – 11 and a crèche for children under 3. There will be face painting, games, a bouncy castle, and much more packed into the Treasure Island.
The kids programme will run from 12.00pm - 3.00pm.
You'll need to register your children first but then you are free to leave them with us for the duration of the event whilst you enjoy the rest of the Picnic. All of our team are trained children's workers and are CRB checked to ensure your child's safety.
