Sebastian & Cristina Filip planted Arca in 2018 in a small apartment, having 6 people alongside them. Their mission was to show Jesus to those around them, regardless of background or social circle. From then until today, their passion is for the Local Church in Cluj, Romania, and Eastern Europe, and to see it filled with people who live radically for the glory of God and are equipped to take Christ's message further.
